Elaine P. Avery, a passionate advocate for mentoring others and customer service work, has spent more than 30 years in the contact service industry. During her career journey in manufacturing, economic development and financial services, she has led various sized teams – from eight seats up to 300+ seats in a sales and service center for a Fortune 500 company. Additionally, she has successfully blended multi-site centers into one high-performing team.

What makes Elaine stand out is along with managing all the business aspects of running a successful customer care center, she spends equal amounts of time communicating, coaching and caring about her teams.

She currently manages a diverse and remote-based workforce of approximately 75 seats as first vice president and Head of the Customer Care Center team at Atlantic Union Bank.
