Jessica Hocking is Vice President of Global Operations for Televerde, the preferred global revenue creation partner supporting marketing, sales and customer success for B2B businesses around the world. In this role, Jessica is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 10 engagement centers staffed by incarcerated and non-incarcerated agents. She plans, directs, coordinates and oversees all operations activities to optimize performance, drive efficiencies and improve the way Televerde supports clients. Jessica worked previously for the Education Management Corporation in Arizona.
