How do I manage my subscription?
Access your subscriber dashboard to check your account status, change your address, update billing information, or upgrade your subscription. To access your dashboard,   login to your account, click 'Account' and then choose either 'Upgrade' or 'Billing' from your account homepage.

How do I renew or cancel my subscription to Contact Center Pipeline?
Your subscription to Contact Center Pipeline will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to your renewal date.

To cancel your subscription, login to your account, click 'Account' and then click 'Billing' from the account page. You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive a secure link to your account billing dashboard.

What if I’m not happy with my subscription?
