Michele Rowan is President of Work From Home Alliance and former Vice President of Performance Management for Hilton Reservations Worldwide, where she led the strategy and implementation for the company’s Work From Home Program both in Europe and the United States.

Michele has worked with hundreds of companies in the design, expansion and continuous improvement of their WFH programs, across a broad spectrum of industries - including financial services, health care, travel, retail, entertainment, telecom /tech support, BPO, and non-for-profit sectors.  She works with clients individually via custom consulting on WFH, and also holds workshops and groups sessions for meaningful exchanges on WFH best practices.

Michele currently resides in Dallas.  In her free time, she hits the tennis courts as many times as she can per week, and plays golf.  Some of her favorite hobbies include traveling with family, cycling, and attending Dallas Mavs basketball games.
